Larch Shakes
£198.00 (inc VAT) per bundle. Minimum order - 35 bundles.
Larch is a European golden softwood that is durable and requires no treatment. It has good insulating properties and is versatile, as it can be stained/painted with a coloured top coat to customer specifications. Our supplier, Harald Rapold Schindelheimat® sources larch which is grown from 600 to 1000m in Germany and Austria, this means it is slower grown and a more stable product.
Our standard larch shakes are hand split, radially cleft for a quartered cleft shake with maximum stability, durability, and hardness. They come in random widths, taper-cleaned by machine, all paralleled and bevelled at an angle of 45° at the thick butt end.
