For certain timbers we can offer chain of custody of FSC / PEFC / GIB to the customer. It is important that our customers inform us when enquiring about an order that certified timber is required. Read more about certification here.

Yes, we can machine your timber.* We can discuss this as part of your order process. Learn more about our machined timber here.
*Please note, timber with metal in it will not be machined and resulting damage, if identified, will be charged.

Yes, we have a specific fencing installation service in our organisation, PRO Fencing. Learn more about PRO Fencing here.

Yes, we do offer machine profiles. Explore our machine profiles here. We can also copy or reproduce a moulding you may have on site.

Yes, in both Sufficient to Make or cut to the nominal sizes required. We also offer the added benefit of planing and further machining if requested.

Yes, we are very happy to discuss your ideas to create a table unique to you.

Yes we do charge for delivery. The cost is dependent on location, volume and the type of delivery medium such as pallets, van, lorry etc. We try to find the most economic method of delivery.

Yes we do to your cutting list. We will only crosscut to dead length if asked – normally we leave slightly over for scribing in on site.

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer installation, however, in some instances (depending on the product and application) we can recommend a person or company who may be able to help.

We can offer profiles to make joinery in a semi-finished product. We also have customers who we machine for who are joiners and who can assemble.

WL West Timber are open 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. PRO Fencing are open 7.30am-5pm on Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-4pm on Friday.
