Rotur Hand Dog Punch 1" 4-prong

£17.38
The Rotur Hand Dog Punch is a unique tool to position your work accurately and save your drive centers from being damaged with a hammer or mallet. The precise morse taper on a drive centre can easily be damaged when hit with a hammer, and can result in the centre not holding itself centrally in the lathes taper socket. The prongs and point layout is identical to the popular Rotur 1" 4 prong drive centres.  This means the head pattern can be punched into your workpiece by hitting the end of dog punch with a hammer. The drive centre will self-locate in the indentations left behind. The Rotur drive centres are machined from high-quality EN8M Steel. The one-piece design ensures the integral points cant work loose. Made in the UK by Planet Plus Ltd.
